What helps us respond faster

Include approximate square footage, substrate type (wood joists or concrete slab), and any moisture vapor transmission readings you already have. If you are choosing between natural hardwood and engineered LVP, note pets, sunlight exposure, and whether refinishing later matters more than water absorption performance. For residential LVP, tell us if you expect 12–16 mil wear layers or need abrasion resistance closer to commercial 20 mil in mudrooms.

Commercial teams should mention corridor lengths, expected rolling loads, and whether STC rating targets are already written into the acoustical report. Sustainability consultants can request FloorScore, GREENGUARD Gold, EcoWorx reclaim notes, recycled content percentage, and embodied carbon summaries with the first reply so LEED templates do not stall mid-submittal. If budget pragmatism is winning over optional green premiums, say so—we will still keep VOC emissions documentation intact.
